ES has a blocking or control position here with SPOTThe managment and insiders are near worthless. Stock at half of NAV. Lots of Cash and Working Capital. They REFUSE to buyback stock for the company account, AND they refuse to put more skin of their own in the game. Even at about 1/2 of NAV. Why would anyone believe anything these people have to say about their business, stock picking, portfolio valuations, etc. etc.
They clearly are not willing to eat their own cooking!
