That's fair your assessment, just seems it's been years of waiting in the DC revenue and profits. At least when they pony up they get something in exchange. I ponied up and bought shares, saw them drop to a loss, then rode that through a reverse split, then saw it decline from the post split to this low of today.
I got nothing!
