Try to picture this.

Mr. Samir Manji, typically portrayed as a businessman in a suit. He's on a lawn chair on a beach down south, in swim trunks, shades, a Shirley temple. He just sold artis for 11.50 and got all his and Sandpipers cash out at a small bit decent profit. He can make it happen. Why bother running this dysfunctional reit anymore?
