Especially in light of how Dialco control diappeared overnight- triggered by a deadline that had not been disclosed by management.
they are different situations, but it is naive to believe that these deals live in a vacuum with no timelines. What company would enter a deal like that? Would Toray or Baxter be so poorly represented that their deals have no timelines? no failure to perform? all carrot and no stick?
When Baxter included PMX and EAA in the presentation for their spinoff Vantive- they made a real claim to their sharehlders and possible investors. I imagine that they don't just ignore their commitments (like a some other companies I know).
"At the end of the day" this company needs to finish it's trial. They have been hopeless at it for so long- this all rests on the BOD and management...
