RE:RE:My thougtsThey disclose information as required by equities trading rules.  For the Canadians deliveries or sales to individuals, I'd say that they do not have as much impact as you would think.

For sales to the likes of Netjets or Flexjets they also have to get into an agreement with the buyer as to when dislosure of the news fit both entities best.

On a personnal note: An anonymous entity has sold x number of shares to your friendly neighborhood Nobody minutes ago.  Nothing to write to mom about, or have much of an impact on my average price per share, but I'm still happy about it.
