Nickel Creek Platinum Corp T.NCP

Alternate Symbol(s):  NCPCF

Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of nickel and platinum group metals (PGM) mineral properties in North America. Its flagship asset is its 100%-owned nickel-copper PGM project, located in the Yukon Territory, Canada (Nickel Shaw Project). The project is in the southwest of Canada's Yukon Territory, approximately 317 kilometers (km) northwest (NW) of the capital, Whitehorse. The Nickel Shaw Project is a large undeveloped nickel sulphide project, with a unique mix of metals including copper, cobalt and platinum group metals. The Nickel Shaw Project has access to infrastructure, located three hours west of Whitehorse via the paved Alaska Highway, which further offers year-round access to deep-sea shipping ports in southern Alaska. The Company also maintains environmental baseline activities, considers optimization alternatives and seeks other opportunities.

7.6 Minerals
Table 7-2, Table 7-3, and Table 7-4 after Cabri et al. (1993) list the opaque minerals and PGM-
bearing minerals found in the deposit. The elevated presence of rhodium, iridium, osmium, rhenium, and ruthenium within the mineral suite provide an opportunity for additional potential economic contributions from these metals.
Rhodium is present on the Project in highly anomalous concentrations as compared to the concentrations found in Noril’sk ores in Russia and other significant ultramafic systems globally (Hulbert 1997).

What's the price of Rhodium ?
Rhodium Price per Gram  $135.03
Rhodium Price per Ounce  $4,200.00
Rhodium price per kilo  $135,033.14

Lab ppm once converted
results in grams per tonne

Here's a pdf on Russia's Oktyabr'sk area ( famous Norilsk )
** notice values are in ppb
versus
wellgreen is in ppm  ( better grades )

As for Wellgreen's deposit ?
What is irons listed as major metals ?
Yes...  2 kinds

Magnetite Fe3O4
Ilmenite FeTiO3

imagine applying a 2 phase magnetic flowsheet roasting ores ?
30% - 40% PGE's are clinging to magnetite
Then, once heated to demagnetized = float and froth

IImenite
It is the principal ore of titanium. It is black (or dark gray) and has a metallic luster. It is usually weakly magnetic. The mineral itself is actually not magnetic, but it is often intergrown with magnetite, which very strongly responds to the magnetic force.
