USHA Role in North America's Path to Lithium Independence The leaders in the lithium and battery industry at the Battery Show North America expressed optimism about eliminating North America's domestic lithium supply gap. They expect that by 2030, countries like China, Chile, and Australia will have less than 50% of the global lithium supply share due to the growth of the electric vehicle market and efforts to increase North American-based lithium production. Several lithium projects in North America are making significant progress, including those from Usha Resources Ltd., E3 Lithium Limited, Allkem Limited, Livent Corporation, and Lithium Americas Corp.

Usha Resources Ltd (Ticker: USHA.v or USHAF for US investors) is currently involved in two significant projects: the White Willow project in Ontario and the strategically located Jackpot Lake project in Nevada, which is near the only active lithium operation in the United States.
USHA recently provided an update on its White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project in Ontario. Ten drill targets were identified at the project based on collected samples, showing promising initial results with high lithium content, cesium, tantalum, and rubidium.
USHA plans to begin drilling at these targets in Q1 2024. White Willow has become a flagship asset for the company, complementing its strategy to become a major lithium producer, alongside its Jackpot Lake Lithium Brine Project in Nevada, where drilling has commenced to assess the mineral potential.
