1- By all appearances, the Osmose deal is dead.
2 - I never stated "the deal is dead after the deadline" – I'm not sure what that means....
3 - As for the Serbian government getting sued (by environmentalist groups most probably) if they act counter to the Serbian Mining Law, it's called The rule of law — where the law applies equally and everyone (including the government) is subject to it — in opposition to the rule by law — where those in power can arbitrarily create and apply law as they choose, with no accountability.

Anyway, good luck to you, 20 years+ is a lot of patience....

BTW, Blake has never returned any of my messages or e-mails. So, if YOU have spoken to management about anything that has already been discussed in the public forum and that needs clarification, do share it with us please.
