Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. ONCY just raised US$17.5 million so I don't think that any USA News article was intended for the purpose of another capital raise, since its focus appeared to be wanting to draw attention to pelareorep as a potential breakthrough therapy for pancreatic cancer which ihappens to be a a rare disease with an unmet treatment need.
