RE:Onboarding There's always something mgmt is not disclosing in a timely manner. Onboarding requires patient consent. Reliq started demanding clients in January to give it access to patient contact info. What may be happening is Reliq or Cognizant are having trouble getting patient consent. Patients may view someone other than their physician approaching them with a request as a sales pitch which is a turn off.
- As of January 1, 2023, all new contracts specify that clients must authorize Reliq to contact patients in order to ensure adherence. Account Managers are working with existing clients to obtain similar authorizations.
