Time to Buy?

Time to Buy?

I have held a full position of PLC in my TFSA for awhile. In your opinion, is it a compelling buy today in a NonReg account? If not, what price would offer a good risk return scenario for a buy and hold investor or do you think there might be further downside due to tax loss selling later this year?

We think PLC is buyable for a recovery. It is a small cap stock so not for everyone. And yes, tax loss selling is possible, as it is down 19% this year and well off its high. But we think anything under $20 would be quite compelling in such a scenario. (5iResearch)
