This is real BS!

This statement is so ridiculous, especially at a time when construction costs have risen dramatically.
 
You don't think that a potential investor won't have the costs for the tunnel calculated in detail? And will ask questions about the tunnels?

Every km that has to be built more increases the CAPEX tremendously. 

How long does it take to re-route the tunnels and to build them?

And this is not a big deal??
