Rather than taking Moderna’s bespoke approach to cancer therapy, as Moderna’s mRNA vaccine is designed to function, ONCY’s oncolytic virus pelareorep is able to provide an “off-the-shelf“ therapy that allows pelareorep to more broadly treat multiple classes of cancer, in combination with other I/O agents, such as with immune checkpoint inhibitors.
