RE:New Press Release - Bonterra Announces Binding Letter Agreement for Joint Venture with Osisko Mining

RE:New Press Release - Bonterra Announces Binding Letter Agreement for Joint Venture with Osisko Mining$30 million for 70% of everything. Plus most of the 30 million is in work to be performed and not going to shareholders. We'll see if the PP happens but my guess is it didn't and this was the last offer and they had no choice.

Now management gets to stick around and gather paychecks and bascially do nothing while shareholders now own 30% of the company instead of 100% plus it's going to be years before any of this is mined.

The final sad chapter of this company is now in the books. It's been one long train wreck.
