Pyr is now facing very serious headwinds, and has no cash, and will never find another underwriter.

But they still have about 20 million shares of HPQ, ( probably less by now )

I've been talking about this for months.

Now it's happening before your eyes.

September 5th.

Now it's happening before your eyes in a BIG way.

Pyrogenesis is in real trouble.

The stock is making 3 1/2 year lows.

They have no cash, and negative working capital.

This is collateral damage.

Absolutely no question.

This company's management somehow has to get the message out that this company's fortunes aren't entirely reliant on PyroGenesis.
