He may not be supporting the SP using public markets, but we saw in the last set of financials that he loaned the company some $$ under terms that were better for him that a simple share purchase on the open market.

Given their dire financial condition it would not make any sense to exchange cash for paper when the cash doesn't end up in the company's coffers. 

I am not sure what the disclosure timing requirements are for these kinds of transactions but I would not be surprised to learn in the next set of statements that he and perhaps other insiders are supporting the operation with additional cash. Time will tell, but one thing is for certain, they are not generating any revenue from product sales.
