I know this is an R&D project but someone at AXE has to put their foot down and move this thing along. No more upgrades no more delays get the heat on and complete the test. If they keep on delaying due to more upgrades and what ever else they keep saying they will run out of money and the  oilsands companies will get this technology for free.
