Versant Property is located in the Lac Jerome municipality in the Cote-Nord region of Quebec. The Hector Strategic Metals Property is located in the Manicouagan Region of Quebec. The Gamart Property is located 130 Km west of Labrador City.

I took a tip that I learned from a savvy executive known as Boris, and that is to sell high before a stock tanks as there is usually a sucker who will pay of a premium for a dog. I believe that he and I sold to the same person.
