ValuationNo idea what the fully-diluted share count would be, but right now TMX website shows 145 million outstanding shares.
At C$14.50 target, that's a market cap of $2.1 Billion. Divide by 9.2 million oz and you get C$228 per oz in the ground or US$169 per.
That's not stupidly optimistic, but it's not cheap either. I think SKE is around $114 US for 4 million ounces.
If the grade is really .7 g/t (Really???) you are now into Troilus territory, If Troilus has 8 million oz M&I, I recently calculated an in-ground current value of US$8.95 per ounce.
Probably way too early to ballpark capex for Valley, but I think I vaguely recall a number around $1.5 Billion being floated. I would guess there'll be some gov't help with roads and electricity infrastructure, but Yukon's coffers aren't overly flush, are they?
