My 35,000 Shares Filled Today!

My 35,000 Shares Filled Today!Surprise, surprise!

Today I paid and got filled at 3.5 cents! On Friday, I paid 4 cents and got filled at 3.5 cents.

I received no e-mail back from Dany Celac-Robert, Abcourt's investor representive. So perhaps they are being a little too quiet!

Maybe some deal is really in the works?

In the past, normally he would have responded more promptly!

Anyway, today I own 1.267 million Abcourt shares!

Has anyone else had any difficulty recently in reaching out to management or its investor relations representative?

Perhaps I should have been more polite in asking my questions?

Fernand did you want to participate in the cheap private placement at 4 cents because of the offer of an equal number of 5 cent warrants? This deal does sound a little too sweet, doesn't it? Normally, a half position of warrants is offered along with the common shares.

This private placement does smell of a little desperation, except for the fact that it is mostly corporate insiders who are taking part! Maybe the rest of the participants are family members and some personal friends of theirs?

Fernand you can still buy plenty of shares on the open market at 4 cents, like the rest of us, if management has decided to shut you out!

These corporate insiders, may now want to own all of the company for themselves. I believe that the Hinse family and that French guy, Mestraillet, own the most insider shares!

With the share price, so cheap now, maybe these insiders are trying to raise sufficient cash to make a cheap take-over bid for the company?

Whatever the case, hopefully some better deal for all shareholders is now in the works!

Or perhaps, the company is just trying to decide, if they even need a further private placement, now that they are in the process of milling the Pershimex bulk sample?

That milling is worth about a million and half dollars to the company. That was the figure that Abcourt's CEO came up with on the last video conference call.

It's fun to speculate when we have no up to date information from management!

But some news has got to come out soon!

It shouldn't take too long to mill this relatively, small sized, bulk sample!

This mill handles quite a bit of feed!

                                                                All the best, Java
