Minepic, May I suggest that you read the "RULE BOOK on determining the conditions and working methods of the Commission for verification of resources and reserves of mineral raw materials, underground water and geothermal resources."

For discussion, let's say you are right and that the commission met at the last minute yesterday and did indeed ask BONE for clarifications. In that case, the longest interval before approval would be 1-month....

But if a month passes and still no news you'll have to ask yourself why BONES's submission has not been reviewed in 7-month? Hint, it certainly won't be because a technical issue.
