WTF? VIDA to acquire Sawmill in Ingarp, Sweden

WTF? VIDA to acquire Sawmill in Ingarp, SwedenFirst, why would a $6 million acquisition be newsworthy?

Don Kayne's overbloated salary last year was $3.49 million.  They don't do a special news release explaining how little value the shareholders get for that $3.49 million do they!

Secondly, why would a 50 million board foot sawmill only sell for $6 million CAD?

Can Dipshat Kayne provide some more information in this news release.  Is there a reason why it's only $6 million?

Was is build by Ikea?
