However they are preaching to the choir, they have spectacularly failed to get new investors, either retail or institutions to pick up the story, and although they do have research coverage, those companies have not purchased any shares for the funds they manage. It is hard when the li price is declining, but the lack of support is concerning.
If in your comment you mean "they may have already got permits?", I would doubt that.
That would be a material event, and require disclosure. Giving themselves yet another tranche of warrants without fully disclosing all relevant facts would not be acceptable to the TSX.
