I agree with you whois.
It is bizarre to say the least, and obviously lack of photos had to be a condition of the u-tuber allowed to be on site.  I also found it ominous to see boot high weeds in a number of sites that might suggest there is not a huge presence on site.
The utube program also mentioned there would be around 250 jobs created in the next two years? Doesnt seem li9ke they are opening soon.
