I think this is a two way street relative to sales. I have thought for years that there was no volume but if you look on the ask , it is always low. So the issue is no one is buying because no one is selling.

To do anything you would need to do about 50,000 to 200,000 shares to start and there has seldom been anywhere near this amount.
