Boris got overconfident and sloppy and the stuff he did became blatant. He has to be living in fear of one single investor placing an anonymous call or email to the OSC ... never mind Yunify scam, think of the $3 million "loan" to management relatives that was just WRITTEN OFF for a greenhouse THAT NEVER EVEN HAD A FOUNDATION POURED!!!! And gosh, I wonder whatever happened to the real estate they bought with investor $$$ ... LOL
Do you remember the NR where after abandoning the greenhouse scam they sold the property and returned the money to the coffers? ... ME NEITHER!
Remember the $600k deal with "Yunify" where they told investors it was an established company and an industry leader and it turned out according to the Quebec Enterprise Registry the Yunify name had actually been registered THE WEEK BEFORE THEY ANNOUNCED THE DEAL!!! How about the "Chief Chemist" who on her LinkedIn page thought the company name was spelled "Unify"
