RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:7%Just a case in point, 20 years ago on this date in 2003, Ceapro's stock price was $0.39 per share. In 2023 so far, the stock price has dropped more than 45% and dropping. In the same time period gagnon has eaten through $3,000,000.00 in cash. What has all of this brought us?
1- Massive inventory ($5,000,000.00) of product that is wasting away on the shelf with no buyer in sight.
2- Quickly eating away at cash reserves at the tune of 20% plus every 2 - 3 qrtrs
3 - Has not brought 1 product to market since being named CEO. 1 skew product line, 1 customer.
4 - See above and repeat, repeat, repeat even though we are told of a new plant and millions $$$ potential in the pipeline that goes nowhere.
5 - 4 qrtrs of decreased growth
6 - lost the single largets consumer market in the world, China, see inventory level.
If 3 qrtr results mimc 2 nd qrtr results and there is no reason to assume that they don"t the stock price will fall into the $0.20 range quickly. I correctly predicted the results of the 2 qrtr share prices and there is no reason to believe that the next qrtr results will to be anything different. Management already knows what q3 (3 days left) is (if they don't they are totally incompentent), hell they had a very indication onq2 reporting date. as we where already 2/3rds in. That is why things are very quiet, nothing good to report. We are heading to $0.20 share price soon.
This year as promised by gagnon was to be the year, unfortunely we all assumed the best and gagnon meant the worst.
I would just like to personally thank all the people who bought the garbage that has been spewed over the last few years as you people are responsible for allowing this to continue by believe a person who has not once been able to fullfil anything he has committed to.
Numbers and do not lie, this CEO does.
As I have said time and time again, the most important business statement is" what have you done for me lately", well hell look at the last 4 qrtrs, alone look at the numbers, look at the share prices, THAT IS NOT PERFORMANCE.
