The PP was priced fairly; I don't see your issue. It's not like they priced it at 50 cents with 1 dollar warrants. Further, how can you say the FS was ready for submission on time unless the deadline has already elapsed and the Serbs hadn't done their part? I find the NR to be perfectly clear.

Tim did what he needed to do by the time he needed to do it. The blame isn't his.

If you want to "vote accordingly", get Serbian citizenship.
