Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:Even on previous bad daysREITs are now selling off more or less indiscriminately regardless of fundamentals with what was once largely limited to office-heavy REITs now spreading to most of the REIT universe. People want liquidity, people cannot stand to take another day of losses, people are afraid. Many REITs have sold off too much to contemplate selling at this point in my opinion. Just have to accept that they might go down some more before they go up.
