Enbridge, a North American oil and gas pipeline, gas processing and natural gas distribution company the Enbridge Common Shares or the Portfolio and intends to purchase Enbridge Common Shares from time to time in the market or through participation in future public offerings by Enbridge. The Advisor believes that the Company offers investors an opportunity to gain exposure to Enbridge, one of the worlds largest energy infrastructure companies.

Do you feel the premium for ENS over the NAV is warranted? Middlefield has the ENS NAV as of Sept 25 at $10.70 and the preferred at $10.17? I picked up some yesterday but will wait until it goes ex-dividend before looking at more. Even with that high yield the premium seems too high to go all in.
