RE:CCAA IS THE FUTIRE OF THE REIT

RE:CCAA IS THE FUTIRE OF THE REIT new=now?      ar,khan  ?        Present   actors   lose   control   with   CCAA  which   they   won,t   like.  An alternative     is    a  capital   re-organization    which   could   involve   continuance   as  a REIT  or corp.    ,   elimination   of   SLAM   management  contract   to  internally   managed   or otherwise, conversion   of   all   deb.    debt    to   equity    ,  in    some   cases   where  mortgages  are undewater   , conversion   to   equity   and/or  subordinated debt  and/or  low interest   mortgages  .    A  bleak   picture   would   be   painted   for   unit    holders   who  would   get   a pittance ,   however    they    would   be   entitled   to participate   in   a  new   equity   raise  as would    other    actors like   bond   and  mortgage   holders
