The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

Tomgranite, mea culpa, read the nr incorrectly......you're right...OSK will spend 30 million over 3 years, nothing required from BTR....after that, they share expenses 70/30. And BTR gets 5 million cash upfront
Sorry to misread, and mislead.
