What is a quarry worth?

What is a quarry worth?

So a non working dusty quarry becomes a hive of activity and digs up enough silica sand to support a CAD$300 million revenue producing company making high quality solar panel glass. Not only that but it could probably support a great deal more than just CAD$300 million revenues.  What is the value of that quarry?

Instead of being transfixed on financing let's talk glass. Industry news, planning or personnel news. The company has a new VP Glass let's hear from him. I am sure he is very excited about his position and has plenty to say.
