RE:THE MISNOMER OF "SPECULATIVE" Fully agree Starseacher80. I have definitely called Nano One a speculative investment in the past (including on this message board).
At the time the scaling risk had not been addressed so there was certainly on my mind.
But I have mainly referred to Nano as speculative since I was trying to highlight that it was poorly understood the business model. The physical production at Candiac is pretty straightforward and earnings can likely be estimated. But lack of understanding around the licensing/royalties or joint venture structure was a mystery to me and will in fact likely be a significant portion of their business model.
Today, I do not consider Nano speculative at all. The tech is solid, the market sector is about to enter hyper growth phase, and even though I don't know how to value the licensing or JV side of the business, I am confident it will be profitable and likely very profitable.
Anything around $3 is a screaming buy for those that are looking to build their bags.
good luck to all the longs.
