Similar to your experience, the majority went south after very painfully consolidating. The concept reminds me of opening a lemonade stand in the middle of a forest. If nobody can find it in the first place, it won't be pushing much of its inventory regardless of where it relocates in the forest. QYOU should have a clever, sustainable publicity--and I don't mean that bullshit about complying with Agenda 2030-- vrs a public relations strategy targeted to VCs or banks.
