- DON'T FORGET that they have a $ 3 million REIMBURSEMENT CASH CREDIT for PERMITTED EXPENSES from 1//1/2022 to 3/31/2024 from the NON-PROFIT

- they ALREADY put in the FIRST CLAIM

- I do NOT believe that the new TOOL will COST MORE THAN $ 200,000 (?) including INSTALLATION

- the SECURED LOAN coming DUE could be RENEGOTIATED to 2024 giving them SOME WARRANTS for their TROUBLE

* hopefully, they are a PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING creditor GIVEN THE SETBACKS

* the company is WORTH A LOT MORE to the CREDITOR if they are SUCCESSFUL in their RF XL project
