RE:Stock price

RE:Stock pricedoing serial stick  issues at ever lower price simply destroys value. The idea of the stock market as wealth creator is to do serial issues at ever higher prices which is efficient way to raise capital as company grows and becomes ever more valuable. Tesla or Amazon would never have made it is each subsequent stock offering was at a LOWER price than the one before. We need a producing plant, a proof of concept, then a Nazare horizontal, the some enthusiasm and a secondary offering of a modest number of shares at 10x current price to fuel growth. That is how the equity part of the capital markets can function.
