I've already posted a screen shot of the Agoracom message that appeared at the PYR forum and posted a screen shot from my comments to George Agora Founder at the HPQ or Agoracom LinkedIn page. Information was provided, perhaps you missed or isregarded it.

I am not a fan of Agoracom, I do not know if the agreement was cancelled or not renewed, perhaps a mutual agreement.
