Troilus v WallbridgeSlowly working through Beaver Creek/ Denver presentations.
Wallbridge has a market cap of about $140 million. Troilus about $85 million.
Wallbridge has two projects in relatively close proximity: Fenellon at 4.1 million ounces and Martiniere at 1.3 million. Capex for Fenellon would be about $645 million for 212,000 annual ounces.
So for an operation about 2/3 the size of Troilus, and an uncertain timeline, the market is saying this deal is worth about 70% more than Troilus.
I think the management of Troilus should ask themselves daily why it is the market holds their company in such low esteem.
To be continued.
