I guess that they have not paid Lucara on time. And HB likely have diamonds for a lot of millions now then which has not be paid. I think Lucara ships their +10.8 ct stones to HB every second week or so and HB has 90 days to pay (initial upfront) for them after they have analyzed the stones.

This could be a large problem given the issues with the bank consortium. But on the positve side, it might bring back the exceptional auctions.
