WTI 93 - impact on CFLast quarter Oil was around 73 dollars, it is over 93 dollars WTI today.
This is going to get about 30 dollars Canadian more a boe today.
NVA was 31% condensate in Q2.
Last quarter the corporate netback was 22.51
With oil at 93 dollars condensate will be in the 125 dollar boe range.
With the improved prices it looks like corporate netbacks are now closer to 30 dollars.
So with Oil in the 93 WTI range NVA corporate netbacks will be closer to 30 dollars and about 30% higher than Q2.
In Q4 2023 it oil could be north of 90 dollars WTI for the entire quarter.
In Q3 NVA is going from 71,000 to 82,000 boe/day or 15% higher.
So NVA - CF and FCF is going to explode at 90 dollar WTI and over 80,000 boe/day.
Q4 could be 50% higher than Q2, in terms of FCF.
It looks like we are going to see a major appreciation in share price here.
IMHO
