Talk about an over reaction..

21m of the loss was goodwill impairment which is understandable given rates.

No guidance is fine with the macro economy as it is and is not uncommon today.

Cash loss per share is no big deal.

Bought the a bit at 4.50.. have to hold.

I see a larger bear market but more STC at this price,, reasonable buy.
