RE:RE:Dividend day tomorrowYou are so clueless. When Gear did 3.5mln shares of buyback it drove up price of Gear to $1.60s.

Do you know the stats how many  shares were traded after dividend was cut? Less than 17%, that is super low. That would suggest that 80% of shares are LONG, they are not for sale! In reality in this price range there are not many shares that are for sale. We were averaging 670k shares for daily volume on TSX. I can imagine that half of the volume are wash trades where the shares don't really change their owners you can imagine that taking away 1 million shares every month can make a difference.
