Usha Resources Ltd. is a mineral acquisition and exploration company. It is focused on the development of lithium metal properties that are drill-ready with high-upside and expansion potential. Its portfolio of properties provides target-rich diversification and includes Jackpot Lake, a lithium brine project in Nevada and White Willow, a lithium pegmatite project in Ontario that is the flagship among its portfolio of hard-rock lithium assets. The Jackpot Lake Lithium Brine Property located within Clark County, about 35 kilometers (km) northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada, consists of 140 mineral claims that total 2,800 acres. Spanning 15,680 hectares, the White Willow Lithium-Tantalum Property is situated 170 km west of Thunder Bay. It has the option to acquire a 100% interest in five lithium pegmatite projects located in Ontario: the Lee Lake, Mead, Bluett, Gathering Lake and Triangle Lake projects. Lithium demand increasing significantly year after year

Lithium demand increasing significantly year after year
As demand continues to be fueled by electric vehicle sales, lithium demand is expected to outstrip supply by 2030, creating a robust market for lithium miners.
“The challenge that the lithium industry is facing is that it’s not like you’ve got a short period where demand is expected to increase. It’s increasing at a very significant level year after year after year.”

With lithium pegmatite clusters similar to those found by PMET, Usha Resources (USHA.v USHAF) has emerged as a high-potential opportunity following the identification of ten key drill targets across a 25-kilometre strike at its White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project.

Spanning 15,680 hectares, USHA's White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project is located near Thunder Bay Ontario with excellent infrastructure and is under explored with over 75 outcropping white pegmatites identified alongside the presence of two highly evolved LCT-pegmatite dikes.

Following the completion of a 5-week fieldwork campaign, USHA has extended its lithium-cesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatite trend and potential strike length to over 25 kilometres - an area open at both ends for further exploration.

To date, a total of 837 samples have been collected from the project, highlighting multiple drill targets which include up to 0.5% Li2O 14 lithium samples above 1,000ppm, 1,730 ppm cesium, 120,000 ppm tantalum and 3,540 ppm rubidium. 219 additional assay samples are currently pending receipt and analysis.

Plus, the geochemical results indicate the strong potential for spodumene-bearing dykes to be present at the property with 10 pegmatites already identified which USHA intends to drill as part of its maiden drill program.

As these results validate USHA's belief that "Willow is a flagship asset where Ontario's next major lithium discovery will occur", CEO Deepak Varshney, commented:
"As seen at Patriot Battery Metals' Corvette Project, which has over 20 kilometres of trend, lithium pegmatite swarms occur in clusters, each of which has the potential to become a deposit. We now have 10 primary target areas across our 25 kilometre plus trend that include two highly evolved LCT pegmatite swarms at Bingo and Maple Leaf."
