Only thing in the news besides the NEP debacle was an announcement that BAM is expanding their renewables jv with Axis in India. BEP participation not mentioned. This may have ticked off a few people in BEP? 

Case in point from above, BN does a poor job of communicating rationale for certain activity and it breeds sentiment of distrust.
 They have preached transparency for years and with every step they take to improve they seem to go the opposite. 

I have been invested with them for many many years and it is a source of frustration. Right now I would buy the Utes in general and not just focus on BEP.  

if you do reasonable due diligence and dont find anything it is usually the way the market voting machine is working in the short term.
