My opinion on what happens next.First the consolidation. 10 to 1 means 60 cents. As 80% of companies who do reverse splits end up losing 30% of their value. So that puts taat at 40 cents. Then taat will issue themselves 3 to 5 million shares or more to pay their debts, further reducing taat's stock price. Then what happens next is the bad financials come out.
This will bring the stock to 30 cents, half its value after today.
Taat already lost 50% of its value in 2 weeks, and 99%
of its value since its high of $5.85
So, what you have here is a cascading monsoon of bad news coming up, all
negative to the share price.
Eventually, taat shares will be worthless, worse than todays price.
