You are 100% Correct on all your assertions!

There is zero excuse for this other than providing income for their staff and a desire to keep this just under the breakout threshold so they can milk this as long as the market allows it.
Having started, run and sold three mid size ( under $300 million) companies I'm very aware it takes sometimes years to land major accounts. I'm also aware what is looks like when a company has its Tackleberries ( spelling?)on and are skating.

So sad, too bad...what a waste!
