RE:Nemaska Litium

RE:Nemaska Litium Oh no, you mentioned Nemaska Lithium. Don't get me started on the topic, too late!

I've been working on the file since March 2020, after Nemaska entered CCAA on Dec. 23, 2019. Yes, a Christmas gift for shareholders and creditors.

"C'est une patante gosse" and "L’arbre de Noel a disjoncte, plus de lumires", according to Minister Fitzgibbon - the Super Minister.

Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), not bankruptcy. Company had millions in the kitty when the plug was pulled.

IMO, the shareholder saga is not over. We are hopeful.

Good luck to all!

StairwayTo wrote: This story looks almost exactly like what happened to Nemaska Litium. Guy Bourassa F'up a bit on the budget, went bankrupt and got picked up for pennies and left investors to dry.
