The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Artis selling Madison WI office buildings?

On Youtube they made videos of several Madison office buildings and nothing more a few weeks ago. First update on their account in four years. Suspect it is for sale. Madison has a housing shortage. Not sure bow viable conversions are there but saw a record portfolio sale of apartments this year so perhaps some connection to the idea. Just search Artis REIT on youtube to see them.
