All I've read, which has not been exhaustive for sure, noted that the private placement was not available for sale in the U.S. The announcements were not even supposed to be directed to the USA.

As far as uplisting, the CEO, has, to our detriment, publicly mentioned NASDAQ uplisting with dates . In fact, each of these dates has passed and we found ourselves farther from that aspiration. I hope not to hear the egregious overpromise again.
